About Bear’s Fruit
Bear’s Fruit - a tale of two strangers (Amy Driscoll and Chris Hill, founders of Bear’s Fruit) who met because of a bad date and decided to quit their jobs within weeks of that encounter to co-found Bear’s Fruit in Brooklyn in 2017. Bear’s Fruit, was named after the phrase “to bear fruit,” which means to yield positive results. From making healthy, delicious products, striving for a net positive impact to being nice humans, we’re driven by that mantra every single day.

Real Fruit Tastes Better: Bear’s Fruit is the only Certified Organic & Fair Trade Kombucha fermented exclusively with 100% whole, organic fruit & herbs - no sugary juices, flavors, concentrates, powders or any other weird stuff. It’s not easy or cheap to make kombucha this way, but would you prefer a freshly sliced pineapple or a glass of sugary pineapple juice? Real mint leaves or "natural mint flavors?"
The Perfect Size: The 12 oz can is based on the science of kombucha. Like vitamins, your body can only process so much at once. You get all the benefits of probiotics, antioxidants & vitamins without the extra sugar found in larger bottles. Also, Bear’s Fruit only lightly carbonates their kombucha for a reason: Bubbles are yummy, but they can cause heartburn and excess burping, which isn’t super fun.
