Small batch. Old world. Handmade Yogurt.
About White Moustache
An ancestral recipe from our Zoroastrian village in Yazd, Iran, this hand-packed yogurt combines fresh milk, live cultures, and endless patience.
The White Moustache is a father-daughter company dedicated to the art of traditional yogurt making. The team makes their yogurt using techniques our ancestors (and probably even your ancestors) have been using for generations. White Moustache has an intentionally small footprint and believes in micro economies where they create trust in their product with customers and store staff.
Local ingredients. Local people. The milk used is sourced from local farms from the Hudson Valley and patiently prepared by fellow New Yorkers in a production facility located in Red Hook, Brooklyn.
