Dry Ingredients

  • 1-3/4 c. rolled oats
  • 2 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/3 c. classic granola

Wet Ingredients:

  • 3/4 c. water
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. maple syrup
  • 1/3 c. plain or vegan yogurt
  • 1 medium banana, mashed

Instructions

You will need only 3 minutes

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. 

Make a small whole in the middle of the bowl. 

Add all wet ingredients. 

Stir with the back of a spoon. 

Let rest for at least one hour or up to 48 hours.

Topping

Top with fresh, dried or preserved fruit, granola, nuts, dried coconut, natural peanut butter or chocolate chips.
